These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Discover Aruba mobile application (the "App"), operated by Fuchsoto Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides travel information about Aruba, including maps, navigation, business listings, offers, and location-based alerts. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any method other than the interfaces we provide.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

3. Location Services and Navigation

Map, navigation, and alert features depend on your device's location services and may be affected by GPS accuracy, connectivity, and device settings. Navigation guidance is provided for convenience only. Always obey local traffic laws and use your own judgment — do not interact with the App while driving.

4. Third-Party Businesses and Offers

The App displays listings, promotions, and offers from third-party businesses. These businesses are solely responsible for their own products, services, pricing, availability, and the fulfillment of their offers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information and are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business. Offers may change or end without notice and may be subject to the business's own conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Fuchsoto Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Travel information may change; verify important details (such as opening hours or safety conditions) directly with the relevant business or authority.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuchsoto Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account as described on our Account Deletion page.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
